We're glad you have come to the Ranch and hope you will enjoy your stay with us.
Office hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Closed for Lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
After hours: If you arrive during the daylight hours on the weekend, there's a contact phone number on the office door to call for lot availability and help backing into the site. If you arrive at night, follow the signs to the boondock area.
Park quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
As has always been the case for desert-dwellers, water is a valuable resource to be safeguarded and conserved. Please be aware that our sewer and water systems are sensitive.
Keep your freshwater tanks full at all times, as weather and wear can occasionally cause system shutdowns. Bear in mind that our water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system and may be some of the freshest RV park water you'll taste - you'll probably want to fill up before you leave anyway.
Try to conserve your water usage - think somewhere between boondocking and visiting friends. Reserve the cold water you run while waiting for hot water for dishes and use it to water plants and pets, pour over ice (with or without bourbon), or to dilute your toilet treatment.
Formaldehyde cannot be used in our septic system, nor should flushable wipes.
The berm surrounding much of the park is in place to help divert spring runoff which can be surprisingly torrential. The berm is somewhat delicate, having few plantings, and cannot withstand much traffic, be it foot, paw or ATV. Please help protect it by walking around instead of over it.
We encourage recycling. A special container is provided for aluminum cans located behind and to the left of the dumpsters behind a fenced enclosure. A roll-off dumpster for large items and broken-down cardboard boxes and three garbage dumpster are located between the Laundry and Ranch House. Please be courteous while visiting and use the appropriate dumpsters.
Sewer Hook-Up: Sewer donut is required for connections.
Utility trailers: Unattached slide-in campers, unattached pickup shells, boats, trailers, other RV's, and all other extra vehicles shall be stored in designated storage areas.
The lot you are staying on belongs to one of our leaseholders, please respect their property and do not attempt to enter the buildings or store any items on their porch or patio, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the leaseholder.
Because of liability issues, non-leaseholders are not allowed to use the woodworking and metal shops.
