Rates
All renters must be Escapees RV Club members
Self-contained RV's only
Daily: $20, includes electric, water, sewer.
Weekly: $125, includes electric, water, sewer.
Monthly: $350 for first month.
$450.00 for each successive month, to include water and sewer.
Electricity is billed at $.10 per kWh.
BOONDOCK: First night free then $5 per night plus tax.
limit 14 days.
We can only accommodate self-contained RV’s. We do not have showers. Generators may be used from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Spacious Lots/Dump-Water Station
All rentals are first come, first serve with no reservations.
We have 118 sites measuring approximately 55′ x 70′.
Each lot has FHUs with 30 & 50 amps .
Dump and Water station available in the boondock area.
Pet Policy/Surrounding Fence
Keep pets on a leash at all times.
Pick-up after your pets and dispose the waste in dumpsters found near the Ranch House.
Please keep pets off of the back berm area.
No pets are allowed in common buildings.
The pet run is secured for Fido to run and catch a ball. It is located in the back north-east side of the park near the boondock area.
The fence surrounding The Ranch is electrified to keep out the cattle, so watch out...it bites.
